Cell Handling and Sorting

Incoming cells are graded and sorted by capacity, internal resistance, and voltage to ensure balanced modules and consistent pack performance.

Module Assembly

Cells are arranged in the required configuration and connected through automated or semi-automated welding processes, including laser welding and ultrasonic bonding where applicable.

Pack Integration

Modules are assembled into the battery pack housing together with the BMS, thermal management components, and electrical interconnects.

Electrical Testing and QC

What battery chemistries and formats does ampKRAFT support for assembly line solutions?

Our assembly and testing line solutions cover both pouch and cylindrical lithium-ion cells across standard chemistries including NMC, LFP, and NCA. If you are working with a specific format or chemistry, contact us to discuss compatibility and configuration.
